Matthew 2:1-2 After Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, during the time of King Herod, Magi from the east came to Jerusalem and asked, “Where is the One who has been born King of the Jews? We saw His star in the east and have come to worship Him.”
Matthew 2:3 When King Herod heard this, he was disturbed, and all Jerusalem with him.
Matthew 2:4-6 and assembling all the chief priests and scribes of the people, (Herod) inquired of them where the Christ was to be born. They told him, “In Bethlehem of Judea, for so it is written by the prophet: ‘And you, O Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are by no means least among the rulers of Judah: for from you shall come a ruler who will shepherd my people.”
Matthew 2:11 And going into the house, they saw the child with Mary his mother, and they fell down and worshiped Him. Then opening their treasures, they offered him gifts, gold and frankincense and myrrh.
Matthew 4:19 “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.”
Matthew 6:33 But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness.
Matthew 7:7 seek and you will find.
Jeremiah 29:13 You will seek me and find me. When you seek me with all your heart.
Matthew 2:10 When they saw the star, they rejoiced exceedingly with great joy.
